A way to create an impactful name, just like an impactfull sentence, is to find two or more words that have an anti-synergy between them (Chaotic Obsidian, for instance pairs a very stable rock (Obsidian) with Chaos. Zany, I know.). If you'd rather go for funny, Fizz Khalifa is one of the best I've seen. Some names are just funny, as opposed to good, or creative. leBronze James was another one I laughed at.
