When can I play solo customs on PBE again?

As long as I'm unable to log into NA, I'd like nothing more than to try out the new champ in a custom game. However, I have no PBE friends and customs are temporarily limited to needing at least 3 human players. I'm not about to sit in a lobby for an hour either watching people dodge every time they can't play Kindred. Either fix NA or let people play lonely custom games in PBE soon pls. :/
