Since patch 5.2 is going to be on January 28, is the rune sale going to remain until then too?

Network Operations – 6:04 PM On 28/01/2015, starting at 00:30 GMT, ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 5.2. At 02:00 GMT, the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 6 hours.

Please make it so, there is no need to make extra effort to remove it. I know a friend who forgot about the whole thing and needs like 1300 IP to get that 2 for 1 rune page.
