I bought the championship ward by accident, thinking it was the Championship jewel token because it was placed in the same spot in the store, I instantly refunded the ward because I did not want it at all.

I'm pretty sure once you spend them, they're gone :
You could try seeing what Riot support would say but it'll probably be the same thing.
