Rank Teams

I have recently made a rank team with my friends. I want to play rank with them. But here is the issue. In the Rank Q it always said Solo or Rank Team. It no longer says "Rank Team" I really want to play with my team with the team name and as a team. I might not be the only one having an issue with this.
