How did the LoL community get THIS BAD?

Backstory. Me and my buddy decided to duo que one night for ranked. I was first pick, then my friend, x player, the "Nunu" player, and player y.

We picked out roles.

Me: Liss flex pick (mid or top) Friend: Amumu jungle Player X: Lucian

then this happend

In the pre game lobby chat "the Nunu player" auto locks Nunu smite and says, "I'm going jungle no matter what".

I asked him, "did you really have to do that? why not just play another role?"

Nunu Player, "Ask me how much of a fuck I give?"

The game proceeds with us all trying to play as best as we can while our bot lane Lucian gets left alone. It was naturally a train wreck. We tried to surrender out but didn't happen. At this point Lucian was getting really frustrated. At one point in the game (without Nunu's help) we had a big turn around off of a bad tower dive and we got ahead. So keeping things positive I said, "Luci we honestly have a good fighting chance don't let nunu get to ya."

2 minutes later nunu just griefs the lucian by not giving him blood boil to try to run away. Spams laugh on his body. Then feeds into dragon.
You could literally see Lucian start to tilt really badly because of this. And who can blame him. So Lucian had it and said, "Im done. I don't if I get reported. Afk screw this nunu".

So after the game I asked him in the post lobby, "I'm just curious, why did you have to something like that to people just looking to have a good game? win or lose?

He added me and this is the message I got:

[6:09PM] NuNu Player: oh i just wanted to let you know how much i hate this community as well and taht at one point i gave a **** and tried and scuh and then i got tired of constantly being negatively rewarded for giving a **** so now when i tilt i go hard and convert people like lucian one tilt game at a time just like i was converted until this game is unplayable and then riot can go die have a nice life [6:11PM] NuNu Player: RIots community is a joke
