Hmm, mine is this :

Nobody wants to play with the guy(s) who feels that figuring out who to blame is more important than figuring out how to deal with a tough situation.

Arguing doesn't solve anything, even if you're right. If you're wrong, that person is still angry and might be even more argumentative. If you're right, he doesn't feel comfortable anymore and won't play to his playstyle, thus gimping himself.

Here's the best advice I'll ever give to anyone playing a competitive game:

Winning is never your goal. Your goal should always be to improve, to become a better player. Winning more games is the long-term result of you achieving that goal. But always remember, your goal in every game is to improve even a little bit. If you have discovered one more flaw in your game, one more minor thing to work on, or one more thing you could be just a little better at... then the game was successful for you.

If you can remember that, you'll be a lot happier playing this game, because you'll start to enjoy every game more since losses won't be as frustrating, leavers won't be getting in your way(since you can still get better in a 4v5) and a game where you do well will still be a crowning accomplishment, even if you lose.

Be attuned to your team and what they are doing. If they are engaging mid lane, this is not the time to farm wraiths. If someone is split-pushing top, coordinate a push mid to distract the enemy team. If they're falling back, Leroy Jenkins is not your spirit animal.

Also DO NOT let the enemy take that dragon.
