Ahri as a D&D 5e character/monster

I know that there has been one made for the 4th edition of D&D but I would greatly appreciate it if you D&D buffs help me with this. Level doesn't matter but I will love to use her as either a boss or a character as well. Please and thanks, it would be greatly appreciated.
