And the reasoning was because of third party programs, but I never used one? Are they talking about hacking programs something? I have changed the audio from English to Japanese, but I thought that didn't break the ToS? I have used wooxy but everywhere I look it says it isn't bannable. Same with changing the languages, I used LOLVO and it isn't bannable. I talked to my friends and they think it's either that, or Curse Voice. Other than that I have never used anything else.

I have submitted a ticket, but I'm just still shocked. :C

Changing the voice pack isn't illegal, but you may trigger a red flag by doing so. If you used a third party program to do it, it may be bannable if it has other functions. Submit a Support Ticket to appeal your ban (and of course, keep in mind that if anyone else ever had access to your account with your knowledge, you will be accountable for their actions).

Did you use a third party program to install Japanese language files? Because people have been banned for that before.

Good luck. Since we'll never know the whole story, it's all we can really say.

If you purchased an account, know that they were botted to 30 in dominion and now arams/blind picks. If you created your own custom skin. If you used third-party programs (I think Lolnexus or something has an add-on to give enhanced information in the status screen)

I don't think curse voice counts, but it very well could.
