If you have a late game champ on your team. LET THEM SCALE! Don't force a Ryze to group and fight at 20 minutes. Don't try to engage bot lane with a level 6 Ashe. They need to scale. They do nothing early. Can they get fed off these fight? Sure. Is it likely? Not likely.
