Riot Against Buying and Selling Level 30 Un-ranked Accounts

Greetings Summoners,

 I'm just curious as to how you all feel about Riot being against the buying and selling of level 30 un-ranked accounts. From my point of view, smurfs are out there and there's nothing wrong with someone wanting to level up another account for whatever reason. In my opinion I would not want to go through the tedious process of leveling up an account to 30. It's a hassle. Sometimes, depending on how much time you have available, it can take weeks if not months of simply "learning" to play a game you already know how to play. I don't see anything wrong with simply buying an account and skipping the whole beginners learning process so you can start having FUN and ENJOYING the game quicker and without all the tedious bot fighting.

 In reality this process literally has no harmful effect on any players you come in contact with which I think is a valid reason to ask riot, why are we against this? Having said this I would like to add that this is different than buying an account that is ranked at any level, this is actually harmful to the system we have in place and should not be confused with what I'm discussing.
