hextech crafting,bans,and game rewards

dear rito,..damn i dont know why you guys are so strict.so i played a game some weeks ago,and i was mid right,and then a guy that had to go support picked fizz and came mid with me..so he trolled.so i got a little mad with him trash.yeah yeah sorry for that,but really rito?you gave me a chat ban for 25 games?okay i know i called him trash but he ruined the game.anyway,thats not the point...so i played 25 games to finish wth the chat ban and then i had to play 20 more games to earn hextexh loot because you said that i cant earn loot because i got banned recenlty.but wait,i have to play 45 games to earn loot?this is way too much.oh,another one.please decrease the chance on getting champions in hectech chests,we all know that you want our money but getting champs you already own is just not cool rito.please fix this
