Da fuq?

So I start having network problems which i got a day suspension for afterwhile of thinking i fixed it but really didn't. Anyways I than go on a 10-25game streak without leaving, than in 2 of 3 games I get DCed for about 10 minute each (even tho 1 we won and 1 we woulda won if it won't for the countelss 1v5s our team did). Anywyas I get this 4 game low priorty puniishment. FIrst games I wait 5 min, 2rd game I wait 5 min than don't get to enter q cuase ranked ques were turned off for patch. THEN I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 MIN TO ENTER NORMAL Q EVEN THO I ALREADY WAITED. enter normal game and go fine. Enter another anormal game after the 5minute low priorty q. Game then doesnt finish cause servers got shut off for patch. so my question is, AFTER WAITING 20MIN FOR MY PUNISHMENT, WHY DO AM I STILL IN LOW PRIORTY Q DESPITE BEING THERE THE WHOLE ITME FOR 4 GAMES. Also, why did i get this punishment so quickly after completing like 20 games without DCing. I have over 250 wins (so like 500 games total), and doubt I even have2% of those games with a "leave." and if you don't take into account the games I tried to play with my network problem over the past week I bet I wouldnt even have 5-10games "leaved." and I guarentee you none of them were intentional.

can we get this shit fixed please, specially for someone like me whos getting treated like a ragequitter when my history obviously shows that Im not.
