Can we have a draft pick without the new champion select.

I enjoy playing draft over blind because of certain champion I hate playing against Cough Cough but the wait times for games in draft are fucking cancer too. I'm not overly picky about what roles I get in normal's but I don't want to be support every game in exchange for getting a low queue time. Seriously almost everything about this new queue is shit >.<
