Auto Chat restricts

This is the third time i've been pegged with a chat restrict the first time was nearly 2 months ago and I learn from it, However right now if i get reported for the slightest reason I'm pegged with a chat restrict. Can I fight this? I don't think it's fair, my most recent report happend because I feel behind in a ranked game, because my support left for the game for levels 1 through 6. I asked my jungler to help me his response what "Im an assassin not a supp what do you want me to do?" As the game progressed everyone just started blaming me for losing the game and I get reported and chat restricted when i was the target of verbal abuse. What is this?
