my client didnt patch and i dont see any new content. getting in game now to check ap items? Did it go out last night

Patch 5.13 was delayed by a bit, and instead, the patch will begin on July 9th. The LoL Server Status Page can keep you in the loop for these kinds of things. :]

It's usually early on Wednesday mornings, occasionally on Thursday mornings when it has been delayed, and this patch was delayed, expect it early in Tomorrow morning.
