Riot your client is fucked up with this recent patch

Had to reinstall game because the patcher keeps freeizing. Game decided to unistall itself reandomly from my computer yet i could still load it up andfreeze the patcher. My smart menu stopped loading the game in english client keeps resetting the locale. Gee wizz rito gaymes
