Your team surrendering in your Promo match sucks. What if you could stop that?

I propose that if a player in their Promo match votes No, the forfeit vote is automatically vetoed.

If they choose not to vote but it's a 4-0 Yes then the forfeit will still succeed.

######Side note: If enough No votes are made to prevent a forfeit, the surrender window should automatically close.
