Extracting file failed. it is most likely caused by low memory. windows 10 why i can't download

hi everyone my computer can't download lol. the computer show me "Extracting file failed. it is most likely caused by low memory.(low disk space for swapping file)or corrupted Cabinet file." i don't know how to fix it. just i can't download the game. i need help for this problem. pls Thank you guys
