Riot, have you thought about doing some event or something to promote postgame gifting?

Because I'm pretty sure 90% or more of players have never received a postgame gift, sometimes I wonder if people even remember they exist.

Or even changing it up and implementing some of the new crafting system into it somehow. Perhaps rewarding postgame gifting with more of these key bits or whatever.
