Concept for new Reward System

I had an idea a while back for a couple reward systems that would be great for League Of Legends!

I would really enjoy if you would add a reward for buying every Champions released so far. I personally think its stupid that I own every champion and have nothing to show for it. I understand the idea for what you would give people is kind of difficult to think of, but I was thinking that either giving the person a huge discount on the next champion to be released would be cool. You also could give them a special summoner icon for owning every champion, but the main problem with this is what would you do when the next champion comes out? In my opinion if you own every champion released so far you are probably going to buy the next champion so a summoner icon would still work. 2. I also think you should introduce a reward system for owning a set number of skins. I think a milestone system would work really well! For example if you own 25 skins you get a reward and then when you own 50 then 75 then 100 and so on. Possible ideas for the rewards could be Rare skins with the Rarity increasing on how many skins you own. For example on the Increased Rarity for reward #1 you get a legacy skin of choice. For reward #2 you get another Legacy skin of choice, but eventually the rewards would get you to the point where you could get skins like UFO Corki and URF Warwick. I don't think this would reduce the Rarity of the skins since most people who would even get to that level of reward own enough skins that would make the rarity of those skins look small to the amount of money they have spent collecting the others. I personally own almost 300 skins so this is a little selfish, but I think it would be a nice little reward to people like me who like collecting the skins. Of course some people wouldn't like the idea and It might not work, but its just an idea.
