That's horrendous for that price. Does it have to be an "all in one" computer? or are you okay with a desktop and separate monitor?

while still not what I would buy, atleast it has a 2.2ghz quadcore i5 and a dedicated gpu.

I'm not sure what your budget is, so I tried to stay under the budget of what you linked. Just add whatever monitor and operating system you want. If you can put together a lego set, you can put together a computer. Just watch a tutorial video and follow along.

It wouldn't be a strong gaming computer if that's something you plan on using it for, as far as upgrading goes.

That processor will let you down big time sorry to say. 1.7ghz is just pretty bad for gaming.
