Future College Student Looking for a Rioter to Answer Some Questions

I'm currently entering my senior year in high school, and after doing some thinking of what I want to do with my life, I thought that a legitimate career path would be going into the gaming industry and working on what I love. One thing that I've always thought would be an interesting job at Riot is Champion Design, and that being said, I was wondering if there any champion designers would be willing to take a few minutes and answer some of my questions.

What college did you attend and what was your major?

After college, how did you find yourself working at Riot Games?

How many champions have you designed, and how do you draw inspiration for their kits?

What college courses have you found most helpful in your time in Riot Games?

Do you have any advice for a stupid aspiring work in the gaming industry?

(This one is just one I've always wondered) Does the champion kit come first, and then their lore is built around it, or does the champion lore come first and the kit is built around it?
