So aside from looking at nerfplz.com's FOTM and Patch 4.21 Tier List I was wondering who you guys think are the best 5 Top Laners and Junglers are.

You can just tell me which 5 you think are great in general or you can give a similar tier list like nerfplz's (God Tier, Tier 1, Tier 2, etc.)
