There are currently:
32 6300ip champs(and they'll always remain that many because every new champ reduces the price of the oldest one)
36 4800ip champs(the group that grows the fastest,since every new champ means that a 6300 champ gets reduced to 4800)
25 3150 ip champs
21 1350ip champs
12 450ip champs
meaning that currently you need 486900 ip for all the champs
Every new champ effectively adds 4800 more ip to that pool(since one champ gets cheaper),but of course it is not possible to get all champs without getting some for 6300.And every 3rd champ also reduces the price of a lower costing champ
I started playing during febuary in 2012,I never buy champs with RP and I never buy champs where I know that they are going to get cheaper soon(so although I'd like to buy Lulu,I don't buy her because I know that she is going to become cheaper once Kindred gets released,heck I'm not even buying varus because of that,despite varus getting cheaper after the next 3 champion releases)
I play almost everyday(at least a small botgame to get the win of the day) and currently have 81 champions(though I have over 19000 ip for now,so I could buy some more).
These champs include all 450ip and 1350ip champs(when riot was gifting us a free champ I didn't want it to be a cheap one) and I am missing 11 6300-champs,23 4800-champs and 11 3150-champs,meaning I am still missing 214350 ip(195350 ip if I subtract the ip that I've already got)
