Ranked Games and AFK's / DC's

I wish that a system was in place to safeguard the other members on a team, in which someone DC's or AFK's the whole game. And by whole game I mean, the following conditions: The individual doesn't leave fountain, doesn't buy items, has no kills assists or death. So in other words, has not participated in the game in ANY way, that would sway the outcome of the game for or against any team. I believe that the team with the afk and or disconnected person should be "loss prevented". Because its simply not fair. Yes I'm going to sound like a total child for a moment and say that its not fair. No amount of reporting or banning is going to change the fact that I lost and my fellow teammates lost a game because of the aforementioned conditions. I'm sure I'll be brushed off and this will never happen. And a multitude of people will tell me that its just not plausible or yada yada. But the fact of the matter still stands that some sort of system should be in place to be a buffer in ranked, a buffer from people who dc, afk or intentionally lose he game for their team.
