Searching for a ranked team

Are there any players out there who have been playing for say two years? You made a ranked team and the members can never seem to get the schedules to match up?

Can you consistently score s- rank or above but your teammates afk or leave to bake pizza?

I share your sentiments and I have been stuck in silver and bronze tier due in part to myself but also due to playing with random players whose playstyles i am not familiar with!

Gameplay mechanics aside i have had games where as the support i have carried and pushed mid to the point the enemy inhibitor is exposed yet my team will split for more towers or try to baron with the entire enemy team up

If you are like me and you play on the North America server then i would like to play with you! I can play most lanes well but i am best at jungle and support

As support i will take rockets for you, i will exhaust adcs i will take jhins ult in your place so your kda doesnt falter

But I need to find you... Perhaps due to elo we havent met but I hope from this thread i can meet some great players and we can forge an alliance and Make a great team then take on ranked.
