Should I bother bringing boosting to the attention of Riot?

So last season I reported 4 people that I know on a personal level that i KNOW FOR A FACT had their accounts boosted to gold. Those people still have their accounts and still have their gold rewards. So with that happening I now feel like Riot actually doesn't care about people getting boosted to gold. However, now theres 2 people I know personally that are getting boosted to gold right now. They're both bronze skill players and if Riot just looked at match history it would be obvious as hell to tell they got boosted... However that was the case last season too....

Basically should I even waste my time reporting such a thing? Or should i not care that people get something in a video game that they didnt earn?
