the bad thing...

i play on NA and am from north africa i love lol and my main champ is pantheon .i wanted to get a skin for hem but sadly there is no free way to get a skin . ofc the only way is buying it but its not that easy here. since our country is just full of corruption (not afraid to say that ) we cant buy stuff online from games or onlineshopping site . getting tired of it i did my best to get a master card or a visa etc to pay for myself but its hopeless . and what am asking for is a way for getting skins in for free
