We should get rewards for being active boards members

Riot, the forum community is the full nerd community who truly loves this game. Not only will these rewards make us all happy, they will also encourage more players to get active with the boards and community. Rewards could go like this:

-Summoner Icon -IP Boost -Ribbon/Banner during loading screen -Special Skins for 450 ip champs so new players specifically feel welcomed by the boards
