Stupid League OMG

OMG. I didn't do anything or say anything for the past few games. I haven't played for three days but when I logged on, I received an annoying message that contains the wrong fact that I have been saying bad words instantly. It says I can't play ranked games until I play '35' normal games. This randomly sending message thing should be stopped immediately before everyone stops playing.
