Am I the only one who still thinks ranked needs tune ups?

I really disagree with the fact that after 100 lp you then have to win 2 out of 3 some cases 3 out of 5 games to get promoted, how do you think people will climb if the average win rate for every one's first promotion series is 40% of the time?

"Maintain a 51% win rate and you'll climb" hella lot easier said than freaking done. We need a solid way to get promoted at a positive rate or else most people will stay where they are.
