Devourer was diabled due to a bug right? I think it's still there...

Maybe it's just me, but all my friends and I when we're using devourer. It still feels hella buggy, I had moments where devourer passive magic damage would crit. Now it could just be me being blind, but alot of my friends say they see the same thing.
