Noob players

Why do i get match up with unskilled players? I get reported for being toxic because im so upset playing with unskilled players. I was gold 4. Now im silver 1 because of unskilled players. I lost one match and im being match up with NOOBS forever. I can't deal with afk's. Why do they even play rank if they aren't committed to win the game. Why play if you have a bad internet or being a troll ! Riots need to fix this game asap. Everytime i win a game i gain about 11-16 points but when i lose i end up losing about 20-25 points. I just dont get it. Riots please match us with our RANKS not with lower level !
