Cannot Earn Loot for Almost 2 Months (Crying Really Hard)

So I was banned for two weeks around early April. It has been almost two months since this and i cannot earn loot. I've been trying my best to change and improve my attitude to others players. Also I think two months is enough to evaluate my behavior and decide to lift this punishment. I've been trying my best to change my attitude. I know there is not a set date and time for this punishment to be lifted but I hope I can could get loot soon! I would like to know if any other players have this restriction, but the punishment has been lifted for them or they still have it. <3.
