Spam Bot Fix

You must be equal or higher level to send a player a friend request

Level 30 sending a request to a level 1 "Your Request has been sent"

Level 1 sending a request to a level 30 "You must be at least level 30 to send this player a friend request"

Captcha has workarounds and botting a couple games is easy but for them to get an army of bots to higher levels would not be feasible, especially because at that point they would lose accounts they would otherwise want to sell.
