Start making in every game

A designated Shotcaller. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to ace a team 2 or 3 times and I as the jungler who was tanky and up front pinging END END END we can END. And everyone disperses to go stop a wave at inhibitor turret top or some shit like that. Literally make it where in this "new" Que that everyone loves, a shotcaller is picked. Because holy crap I'm tired of playing with people who blow games away like it's cardboard 5. Could we have ended even earlier? Maybe but my brain hasn't found the way we could. However, When I start noticing that hey we can end this right here right now, and they ignore and go farm jungle camps so they can get a "full build" That pisses me off. I just wasted about 55 minutes in a game with people who had been listening all night long but when we get into this game, they decide to do whatever the fuck they wanna do. Their ability to group was almost non-existent, when it was there, advantages were not pressed. I've had enough with Riot having these kids in Silver when it's obvious that they are playing like Bronze. Do I belong in Gold? hell no not right now. But do I need to be stuck with people playing like Bronze 5 in Silver 4? Hell no. Don't tell me bronze and silver is the same because I sure as hell can tell a big difference. This is ridiculous.

TL;DR need a shotcaller to curb some of the dumbass things that people do.
