The possibility of two NA servers

The recent server move to Chicago definitely benefited a lot of players though at the expense of West Coast players. Tens of millions of players cheered while millions shook their heads. As a west coast player myself, I am greatly annoyed by the server move but nonetheless I do understand that it was done for the greater good of the NA LoL community. However, North America is a huge continent and though the server move did benefit the players in the central and the east and crippled the players in the west, it also did nothing for players in the south and in the north. In Europe there are two servers that encompass an area smaller than NA (To my knowledge), and in China there are several servers sprawled throughout the mainland. Would it be possible that in the future Riot would open up another server (maybe reopen the original in Portland and move the Chicago further south)?
