Question About Job at Riot

Hi there!

I am a graduating senior in college and my intent since becoming a student has been to apply to Riot. I greatly value education and wanted to get my degree before applying, however. Now that that degree is almost tangible, I wanted to ask a question that has been concerning me greatly.

About two years ago I took an extended break from League to apply all of my focus on my studies. During this time, I allowed a friend to use my account as I was not actively using it. I now realize that this was against the ToS. Further, I learned upon returning to League that he had gotten my account 2 week banned twice for his attitude. I have since reprimanded him and changed my password but the black marks on my otherwise spotless history remain.

My questions are: I now have these blemishes on my record. Do they affect my chances at getting a job? Is there a way to explain the situation? Am I basically up the creek without a paddle? How can I move forward from here?

Any and all advice is welcomed and appreciated.

looks around I don' t want to be the kind of shady dealer, but if you don' t like to present yourself at Riot with a blackmarked account you can make a new one by your own, level it to 30, buy some champs with RP if you don' t wanna grind IP and say some excuse about your account youth/say the truth in case they ask you out, wathever fits yer fancy.

Error happens, yours was an innocent one since the ToS clause you mean is directed for elo-boosting and such services and so your conduit is forgivable. Remember that laws are always applied with a the margin of pratical sense. Don' t base too much on it however
