Friend limit for Low levels(bot containment)

For the last few weeks I have been spammed with friend requests from lvl 1 bots with names like "lolfreeggna123", If there were say a 3 person add friend cap per lvl for the 1st 5 levels this would discourage these level 1 accounts from spamming me with invites, combined with Riot anti botting software these accounts could be banned before they can be worth the effort to create. They would almost certainly then spam me if I accepted but I do not want to tread down that path for it is the road to madness, rage, and despair.
