Hexttech chest? is there a problem?

After buying the 5chest with key pack i started to think about it and why don't they just sell chests for champs and chest for skins separate? if you think about it people who already have all the champs are just losing money when they buy the chest and 3 out of the 5 chests end up being just champions, the you can't even sell them for essence since there is one for skins and one for champs. actually they could even just combined it all into one essence which would save everyone from losing money like me and my friends have. We own all if not almost all the champs already since u buy it with ip, this is just going to become a bigger problem until a new solution is worked out. Think about it.
