Yeah yeah i know stupid question right? Its just i see nidalee in mid lane and jungle and i recall her being a pretty decent top laner building like a bruiser ya know tri force iceborn then get a little tanky but now im wondering if that's still an option to go into or If she a mage now through and through?
She is best if you focus 100% on movement speed, so that you can hunt people down. This is my normal build for her:

Ignore the 2GUD4NUBS guy. Anyway she's better AP. All of her ratios have AP scaling. Except her Tiger Form 'Q' which has a very small AD ratio.
Ap. Even if you build her bruiser you still take AP items.
You can actually start dorans blade with her in top lane with AD runes and masteries, but you still want to transition into IBG + Abyssal/Zhonyas if you're doing the bruiser build.
