What is a Brainbreaker? If you're reading this, then you probably are one.
A Brain-breaker is simply someone who doesn't thrive in combat the same way others do. You often find yourself, Crippled by your own observations. You over-analyze so much that you can't think. There is no time to react, Because your thinking of Every possible angle of action, escape, Will you win, will you lose?
This doesn't mean your a bad league player, A feeder, or the countless names you've been called... Believe it or not, You're a natural born leader, you are seeing things the rest of the team is not seeing. You are paying attention to vital points, while losing your life in the process. Now dont go and think this gives you Some sort of Self entitlement. Your team will be fine with out you.. and Can continue to do so, Until you harness your skill. We are already beginning to receive a large amount of people interested in the strategy, But know that this isn't just for my own team. I am teaching people how to Thrive by slowing down instead of repeating the same mistake they always repeat... Chasing kills that you will never catch.
you think, and you think all the time... But when you see that low life champion, you just Know,.. Nothing will stop you from getting it... You get tunnel vision.. Annnnd you die.. You think your team hates you, and in the end you unintentionally throw your game. How many times a day do we as League players, See a double kill bot lane and immediately see "GG" or "FF" at twenty. Then it just becomes a common denominator to join the band wagon. Because you already caused this horrible thing, So just give up right? Yeah because giving up is always the first step to getting better.
You can only improve your skills, by realizing that your opponent makes mistakes like you do... So instead, Spend the first 10 minutes, not dying, hanging back and playing not just passive, but super passive.
give yourself a minute to observe you opponent, use that super Observational focus you already have, and instead put it to good use.. Learn the enemy, but know they are capable of learning to. The second you think you "Know" You have just lost the battle. People that know, Throw the game, the second they no longer Know. If the nexus hasn't fallen then you haven't lost yet. If you haven't lost yet.. Then why are you giving up.. By talking the team into a surrender, you made all the time spent a waste and denied the better team a victory they earned. Why did you find so many reasons you were losing; instead of finding more reasons how you could win?
Because you had a toxic player... Dont feed into his anger with more anger, Has that ever worked? Why not try a different approach.. Like Lifting them up. This person, that is angry.. Is giving up So horribly, May have just had a whole damn day, Of people talking trash cause he wasn't doing well. He wasn't focused, he normally plays great, but today is just not his day. Why in the hell would you ever talk down to him, When you know you've had days like that if not worse. He was put on your team. If you think he's a noob? Then why not try teaching him a better way? If he refuses, then let him know you have trust in whats comfortable for him. You as a veteran player should know you're probably not gonna win, but at least make them learn from the match. Teach them a better way, then cussing or talking shit to one another.. Make it just "a Fun Game." So they aren't so stressed, Get the rest of the team in on it. You have your whole life to play League, But You never know if this pissed off person, may just be enjoying their last day. Sure you wont ever see them again, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I have seen plenty of people carry a game with 30+ kills, but if they dont carry the team mentally, they will lose every time. League players need to realize, we can never win a match alone. We can never win, if we teach the new generation that surrender is an option. Because giving up is not a way to get better.. Its a way to Stand at the wall hitting your head against it, Even though, your head was bleeding well before the wall ever even had a crack. If you truly want to Be a pro.. then dont let the wall be smarter then you. Learn how to Climb it.. What if on the other side, Was something you deeply wanted.. More then a kill.. But a Damn Victory..
Learn that kills don't win wars and if you can't be patience with a team mate obviously in pain, you have no room to even Utter a word, let alone say you are a leader. Who cares if you can carry.. Your team still lost.. Next time bad words want to escape your lips, Try turning them into something nice instead. ::thinking before speaking:: "Hey yi you fucking suck you dick, Uninstall you idiot, you can't play this game." Then quickly bite your tongue.. "Hey yi.. Umm, Good job taking those two turrets.. yeah." Yi:"I thought you didn't like me?"
"Yeah, Well i mean, You fed alot... But Me and three others tried to surrender.. You stuck to your guns... You tried to at least win..So you did good man.." Yi thinks for a minute
"I liked how you saved me from that teemo, and led me through the mushrooms, I know i died. But it did feel kinda cool..." This bouncing is a good thing, You'll find you have friends in the strangest places, and hey if you really want to be pro, You Should follow up with this.
"Well, hey, Me and my crew are just practicing man... you want to que with us, and show my team how you got those towers? We could teach you how to not die... its really easy, Just wait for like.. Easy kills you know?"
He'd probably be smiling behind his computer screen
"Yi: You want me to play with your team?! What if they think i am no good..?"
"Well, Fuck them, Mute them, just talk to me, I want to know how those towers get taken down..!"
No one ever asked a single soul to save the world, But if you can save just one person at a time, You have truly not only made an effort that very few take upon themselves, You have made a difference. My team and I Applaud you..
