lag and crash

I have been experiencing crashes and server ksg and I'm getting banned because of it from reports because of the crashes. I got a bug splat thing and I sent it and they said they would fix it, and didn't, so I have to uninstall and reinstall which takes forever, please make sure this doesn't happen alot,.
