Too many key fragments!
I currently have 3 keys, and one key fragment but no chests yet! I sorta know what gets you chests, but I dont know what gets you key fragments. Need help in getting some chests, if any advice can be offered plz.

In order to get a chest, either you or someone in your premade party needs to get an S- grade or better, but here's the important part. You can only earn one chest per champion per season. Once you earn a chest with a champion, you will be unable to earn another chest while playing as that champion until next season. If you want more chests, then you need to play a variety of champions. If you only play a few champions, then you will only get a few chests.
You can see which champions you have earned a chest with by going to the champions tab in your summoner profile. A champion with a border around their icon indicates that you have already earned a chest with them.

I wish. I have 3 chests and 1 key fragement. Every time I get a chest I never have the keys to open them.
To get a chest you need to get an S- or higher on a champion during any game mode (normal, one for all, ranked, ARAM, etc). The biggest thing is you can't get a chest on a champion that you've already gotten a chest on. So, say for example, you got a chest on Lee Sin. If you get another S- or higher on Lee Sin, you won't get a chest for it.
Just go to your profile on the client and it will tell you if you have chests available or not. If I have chests available, I'll try to play a random champion that I don't have a chest on in a normal game to try and get my chests, then play what I want when I have no chests left.
