Riot this is getting disgusting!! (Trolling in games)

Can we do something about the players who troll inside the riot rules?

People right now if they want to troll they do the follow things

A-They pick support and they sit 1 wave back from the adc and if any fight happen they just start to run away from the adc and they go back to the turret!!

B-They go in vs 5 dying and saying "omg they are lucky" so riot to think that they just wanted to kill someone but they dont even get 100hp from someone

C-They stay afk in one lane and saying "i am catching up" but when you watch them they dont even farm they just dance around minions

And this people get free because riot only bans the person who will rage because this behavior is disgusting and riot will ban the person who would say to this person to stop trolling and the person who destroy games by his toxic GAMEPLAY he will get free

So yeah ether bring back tribunal or start banning people who does this things in order to have some peace in soloQ
