Why isn't there a Live Customer Support, unlike the "takes a week to reply" Riot Support?
Currently I'm smurfing in Garena, and whenever I have a question about certain things (etc. Hextech Crafting or certain bugs), I always go to their main websites, such as this link below, & can have a consultation with a certain Support employee, like straight away, not like where we send tickets to Riot Support and will have to wait a minimum of 1 day to get a reply, or worse, a week.

On the bottom right was where I had a conversation with a certain Garena Support, regarding if the Hextech Crafting would be available in Garena after NA. It only took like 2 seconds for a reply.
