What is the reason for not having urf and special game modes on weekdays?

I'm not trying to be rude or anything but why can't we have special game modes on weekdays and urf in the normal rotation? Like seriously what is reason that game modes that are on the weekends can't be on the weekdays and a very very populare and fun game mode that has already been made be available like assencion or hexakill? I don't see the inconvenience, I would pay 25$ for urf constantly but that would be pretty cold of riot to do to us xD, it would be downloadable content and everyone would be like " wat r u riot... Nintendo"? Now unlike a lot of people who want special games on the weekdays, I actually have a reason. I have a lot of homework and after I'm done it's almost take to take a shower go to swim meets and eat dinner then go to bed so I have about 20 minutes between each thing and the only game modes I can play are bots or aram but I don't really like the game modes, bots are for practice and aram is for... I guess fun and also practice because you don't get to chose your champion and you have a chance of getting a champion you stuck at. If game modes like assencion, one for all, ect. are available on my busy week days I can play my favorite game without being afraid that I may not finish within my given time. Also on a high not summer is almost here and special game modes would be so fun to play on weekdays since there is no school for the whole week.
