Seriously, is there any way to start a petition to ask Riot to allow for 3/5 Yes's to permit a surrender? It seems to me that if the majority of the team wants to end the game, a pair of trolling duo-queue'rs shouldn't be allowed to artificially extend the game and ruin it for three other people who want to play a winnable game.
With as often as people vote to surrender, I feel as if about half of my won games would be losses because of a 3/5 simple majority surrender vote, and half of my lost games would be wins because of the enemy 3/5 vote. And none of that has anything to do with which team was better.
A 4/1 supermajority requirement is needed to keep the ridiculous amount of unnecessary surrenders down.
