20 Minute Low Priority Queue... How?

So I haven't been put in Low Prio since... like November, October last year. It doesn't happen often. I get it yesterday, and I shrugged it off thinking it was a simple 5 minute low prio thing, logged off.

Logged on today to a 20 minute low priority queue timer.
